I am looking for Family of Jozefa Golec and Jozef Szefer. Jozef and Jozefa came to the USA to Detroit, MI around 1912. Jozefa had Brothers in or around the Zamosc area. Jozef had a sister named Karolina that married a Jozef Wojtowicz and also came to the USA in 1912. Jozef and Karolina Szefer had other siblings that stayed behind in Poland. We believe that Jozef and Karolina Szefer's Father's name was George Szefer. Any information on any of these people would be greatly appreciated.

Searching for (08/02): Gorom
Would like to contact anyone who might be related to Peter Jarmulowicz, who came to the US from Russian Poland around 1890, and raised his family in the shadow of the Gould Battery plant in Depew NY (Erie County). His wife's name was Bertha or Bernice GENSICKA (her first name may originally have been Bronislava). One of his sons, Stephen, was my grandfather. Other children I know about were William, Walter, Mattey, Elizabeth, Clara (ROGACKI), and Wanda (KOPACZ). In the early 1920's, the entire family relocated to Hamtramck/Detroit MI. While living in Detroit, several of them began using the surname GOROM. Peter and Bernice are buried in either Mt. Olivet or Mt. Elliott Cemetery in Detroit. Searching for (09/01): Grabowska, Monika
I am looking for a woman that I met on-line. She and I corresponded for a
short while, and then her messages stopped. My last e-mail was returned as
undeliverable.
Her name was Monika Grabowska. She worked for NSK, and had an e-mail through
them. She had mentioned leaving NSK in July. She has one son, under 2 years
of age, and before we lost contact she mentioned that she was pregnant
again. Her husband's name is Piotr, and he is a dentist. She may be living
apart from him now, as her last message to me said he had left her. That is
why I am so anxious to contact her. I am worried about her. I have been
trying to find her, or contact her, for three months now! I do not know her
parents' names, but she mentioned being an only child. Her father is an
obstetrician.
